Vasile replaced 900 square feet of old flooring that couldn't be refinished again with new quarter-sawn red oak, stained and finished (along with a sound-dampening underlayment that my condo building required). It looks fantastic. His crew was punctual and kept the rooms clean and the dust under control. Vasile responded quickly when I had questions. I'd hire them again. Great work at a reasonable price!

This is our second hardwood flooring job using Vasile. Vasile did a great job negotiating supplies pricing for our job. The on-site workers protected our woodworking, and were professional and cleaned up after the job. The installation was flawless. Will need to do some touch up painting on the walls and baseboards, Which Vasile gave us credit for on our final bill. We'd use his.services again.

Vasile and his team were nothing short of excellent in our condo renovation! They started with taking out old carpet and putting down new hardwoods, and the attention to detail was spectacular as the floors look incredible! Then, they installed 2 ceiling fans and repainted the entire unit and everything looks very professionally done, as you would expect from their other high reviews. Communicated throughout, got everything done in a timely fashion so we could move in on time- what more can I say? You won’t go wrong using Vasile, definitely reach out to him if you have home renovation projects, I couldn’t recommend more and you won’t be disappointed! Another huge plus is their team has experience in so many different areas, you won’t have to use multiple contractors for different projects. They’ll get it done, on-time, and it’ll look great!

The floor looks gorgeous! Sanding removed heavy scuffs at the sink and island. They were very careful, covered everything in plastic. They also wiped off any remaining dust and left everything spotless. This is the second time Vasile has done this work for me, and I'll call them next time.

Vasile quoted us a price very quickly. We communicated on Saturday and he was ready to go on Monday. We, however, were not. He was very flexible. We scheduled for the next week and his team of men arrived on time and started working immediately. Because they were connecting two areas that were not being refinished, there was a chance that the new floors would not match. The crew chief stripped a small area and applied two “like” stains for us to look at for a match. The stains were very close and the newly sanded and refinished floors look beautiful! All of the open areas and cabinetry, refrigerator, etc, were covered in plastic and taped off. The men were very polite and courteous. The floors were stained on Monday and ready to walk on (stocking feet) on Tuesday night. Great job! I highly recommend this company!

Vasile was very responsive. He came out to meet us and give us a quote. We were debating between an oil or water based finish for the floors and he was patient while we decided. The floors were sanded on a Monday and the stain and finish was applied on a Tuesday and we could walk on the floors later that night.
