They said I could wait about 10 minutes while they fixed the problem. They showed me why it did not work which made me figure out how it had happened - the switch in the pedal was corroded from a former water spill nearby where the lamp was. While waiting I browsed the wide and unique assortment in their store and actually found the perfect lamp for another part of my house which I bought. They were professional and quick and the lamp foot pedal now works perfectly."
