"Marcin was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. His recommendations for our shower replacement really helped us. He thoroughly went through all our options and helped us fine tune our decision. His pricing was very fair and he demonstrated a sincere desire to make sure that were were happy with our decision. His work was outstanding and he even corrected some floor issues that surfaced to make sure that there would be no problems down the road. Marcin laid down a tarp throughout our house and in the bathroom work area to keep things as clean as possible. He also kept us up to date as the project progressed. He also pointed out that because our walls weren't squared, he had some difficulty aligning the shower door. IMO most contractors wouldn't bother to point this out. We love our shower, but after a little over a week, we felt that the shower door wasn't quite right and was "catching". Now talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called Marcin and told him we thought the door wasn't quite right. His business is 30 miles away from us but he showed up the very next day and had a fix for the door, which now opens and closes perfectly. We love our new shower as it's a big improvement over our prior one and we highly recommend Marcin and DeLuxe Bath."

"The Surface Doctors treated my shower and tub in 2020. They were prompt, polite, and the cost and process was exactly as described. Recently, I noticed a chip in the tub floor, probably from a dropped bottle, and that in some spots the caulk had separated. So I contacted them again to schedule a time to repair it. Again, our technician Jorge, the same person who did the original work, was right on time, exceptionally polite, and completed the work efficiently. In fact, he was done in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier!"

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard.
