"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. We would use this company's services again"

"We had cleaners before and were unhappy with their work so decided to look for new services. This company made a good impression the very first time I met them. Sonata sme and discuss with us what our expectations were and made sure the ladies that clean our house do what we ask them to do. She always follows up to make sure everything is good which we appreciate a lot. Cleaning ladies also always ask if there is anything else they can clean for us before they leave and never refuces to di what we ask, which wasn't the case with previous cleaners we had. Very professional, hard working and always leaves our house clean and spotless. We sure recommend EU cleaning to anyone that is looking for quality cleaning."

"We hired Speedy LLC for a commercial cleaning and post-renovation clean, and they absolutely delivered. The team was fast, professional, and extremely thorough. They handled heavy dust, debris, and detail work without cutting corners—every surface was spotless when they were done. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to the details that matter. It was clear they take pride in their work and respect their clients’ space. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaning company for commercial jobs or renovation clean-ups, Speedy LLC is the real deal. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

Customers say: True professional

"Hire Al right now, seriously. He is a wonderful very professional guy. My husband and I have hired him TWICE. He will always be my go-to for any carpet or furniture I need cleaned. The first time we hired Al was right after we bought our home. We had him clean all of our capets (and there is a ton of carpet in this house). I love that he includes the inside of closets at no extra charge - unlike many other companies. Our home went from smelling like the former owners to smelling fresh and clean. *chef's kiss* The second time we hired Al we had him clean a HUGE sectional couch that we had gotten second hand as well as a rocking chair that was my grandmother's. The chair is over 30 years old and after Al cleaned the chair it looks new! The cleaning of the huge couch was wonderful as well and it no longer smells like the previous owners. Perfect. I have already recommended Al's services to many other people, including my mother-in-law. A huge shoutout to Al, thank you again!"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.

Key items and surfaces to avoid include:

  • Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.

  • Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.

  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.

  • Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.

  • Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.

Both bleach and vinegar are effective at killing and removing moss from surfaces like driveways. Bleach tends to have a longer-lasting effect, potentially keeping moss away for up to a year, whereas vinegar may require more frequent applications. However, vinegar is a non-chemical option that is gentler on the environment. A key consideration is the surface you are treating, as both substances can stain or discolor certain paver materials. It is recommended to test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause damage.

Leaving a significant amount of snow on your roof can be risky. Most roofs are designed to handle about 20 pounds per square foot of snow, but exceeding this limit can lead to a roof collapse. A collapse can cause severe damage to your home and belongings and poses a physical danger to anyone inside. Furthermore, heavy snow accumulation increases the risk of ice dams, which can cause leaks and water damage to your roof, attic, and interior walls.

Roof raking helps clear snowfall from your roof and, in turn, you hope that this prevents ice dams. But can roof raking actually cause them? Generally, no, it cannot. But you should note that while, in some cases, you might successfully prevent ice dams from forming near the edge of your roof by keeping it cleared with a roof rake, they could still form higher up on the roof, where you are unable to reach. This may leave you wondering: Does roof raking prevent ice dams? While it is not a 100% guaranteed way to prevent them, it does help.

Ideally, you will tackle removing algae from your roof during spring or summer when the weather is drier and warmer. Because algae tends to grow during the colder and wetter months, you want to tackle this project before the temperature drops to hopefully keep it from coming back at all.
