"Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."

"Several years ago, we needed new oak flooring installed in two large rooms and have the rest of the home's floors sanded and refinished. IC Custom Flooring did all of the work and the results are amazing. The new flooring blends perfectly with the old floor both in fit and color. The workmen were prompt, courteous and extremely skilled. They moved and replaced all of the furniture as needed and left the worksite spotless, and all at a very fair price. Recently, we changed the hearth on our living room fireplace which exposed a large patch of 58 year old flooring. Since the old flooring had never been refinished, it was discolored with age and not level with the surrounding floor. Once again we called IC Custom Flooring. A workman came out, and in just a few hours, he had sanded, leveled and finished the old floor which transformed a problem into an invisible repair. These guys are great. "Yes, truly is dust free but the experience of working with them is even better than how clean they are. Everything working with Jerry went exactly as one should be able to expect from this class of professional service provider. However, he was the only one out of several top Angie's List rated companies that not only showed up on time to provide a quote but explained how he would handle the job from start to finish. The other guys really didn't want to tear out and haul away the carpet or even provide a selection of trim and flooring from which to choose. They gave a list of several stores to order the materials from with the amount of materials required. They also were going to cap the stairs instead of removing the treads if they found they weren't already oak underneath. However Jerry's quote was almost the same price but he would handle everything. Ultimately it turned out to be cheaper as once the carpet was removed it was discovered the stairs were oak and in good enough condition to easily refinish. Everything went swimmingly and our floors are absolutely stunning. High points: - I didn't have to lift a finger. (one would think that's normal since I'm the customer and not the flooring company, but apparently the other companies felt that wasn't the case.) - Arrived on time to provide quote. Quote itemized with exact cost. Explained that only if the subfloor turned out to be problematic could the cost change and we would be made aware. - Provided complete catalog to select everything from. Helped with selection by showing examples of designs and sizes in similar layouts. - Arrived on the start date when he said they would and finished the day he said they would too. - Clean, clean, clean. Exceptionally clean - Floors are absolutely gorgeous and meticulously installed. - Custom banister and newell work looks beautiful and rock solid. - Honest, called to let me know I saved money when he pulled the carpet up on the stairs to discover they were in good shape. The quote had included replacement. - Hauled all the carpet and trash away. Would absolutely use again and plan to for the remaining rooms."

"Danny and his entire team were very professional throughout the process. We just bought a house and we decided to replace the carpet upstairs with hardwood before moving in. The previous owners would not let us in until closing, so Danny met us at the house immediately after we closed to give us a final estimate, and his crew came the next day to carry wood upstairs and acclimate it. They exceeded our expectations by finishing the entire project before moving day (we thought we would have to sleep downstairs at first!) and they even fixed our stair railing and replaced the top stair riser before we moved in. Everyone was polite to me and accommodating when I needed to let other pros into our attic. After installation, we were concerned about the color of some of the hickory boards, and I voiced my concerns to Danny. (Hickory is mostly a reddish or blonde color, but a few boards had gray mottling on it--probably a natural variation, but it looked like damage to the untrained eye). Danny was great and offered to have his guys carefully replace 6 boards at no additional cost, just so that we would be happy with the outcome. They did a great job and I can barely tell which boards have been replaced, even if I get down on the floor. Danny also had them restain the stair riser to better match the existing floor, even though I hadn't asked. All in all, we are very pleased and we love the floors."
