Ali, Kamel, and their crew were wonderful to work with. They arrived promptly every day of the job and used drop cloths etc to keep dust and debris to a minimum. All work was performed expertly with some very thoughtful touches. We hadn't expected the baseboard but certainly welcomed it when it was provided. Communication was excellent. They kept us abreast of the progress of the work and were careful to ask our preferences where appropriate for installing items. Moreover, they were very congenial and easy to work with. Overall, the result was much better than we expected. We feel we received good value for our money and would not hesitate to call K&A again for any further remodeling needs. And we certainly would recommend them to anyone else in need of remodeling work.

They treated me poorly. Horrible customer service. They got upset because I asked if they did work in my neighborhood. Honestly, I hope they fire the woman that answered my call. She was mean and unprofessional. If you are from Chicago they probably won't come and give you a quote or perform a service. I'm sorry that they didn't want my business because if they did decent work I would have given them more.

The finished product of the remodel of our master bathroom exceeded our expectations. Ali of K&A was great to work with and always available by phone. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but I believe they were caused by some of their sub contractors, not K&A. In fact, Ali was in a rather bad accident where his truck rolled over three times and he was still able to be available to us and it never really slowed the work down because of the accident. We contracted for the initial work in August, 2014 and the work was started in October and completed in early January 2015. In retrospect, the work was excellent and more than made up for any delays (the largest of which was caused by his granite sub contractor who in the end could not supply the granite we had chosen). Ali quickly scrambled to find the granite we wanted from another supplier. Overall, we are very, very happy with the finished product.

I bought a condo that needed some heavy remodeling. I met with a number of contractors and decided on K and A remodeling. What struck me most about K and A was Ali's integrity. Ali and Kamel completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom. Fantastic results! Kamel is the painter and he expertly painted the entire condo. K and A installed granite counters in the kitchen for an extremely reasonable price. All in all, K and A did a fantastic job and my condo looks great. When friends come over, they comment on how great the place looks. I would definitely recommend them for any remodel.

K & A Remodeling was recommended to us by a well known realtor. We got a few estimates and found them to have a very competitive quote. Even the additional add-ons that are expected when you do remodeling where fairly priced. They were meticulous in their work and the finished result reflected that. We are extremely pleased with everything that they did and would and have already recommended them to people. We felt comfortable with them in our house while we were home and while we were out. This is the kind of company that we enjoy doing business with because they showed up on time, communicate well, and do great work. It was a very pleasurable experience and are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen and basement next.

I was very worried of my bathroom that was falling apart, until my neighbor referred me to K&A. I spoke with Ali, who came out and gave me a free estimate of how much it would cost to remodel my bathroom. We agreed on the start date and it took him three days to complete my bathroom. He took so much weight off of my family and I. The bathroom is great. Its brand new. The work is very well done. Everything is on point. I am looking forward to hire K&A to remodel my basement and living room.

They did a really good job. It was very clean. They didn't take breaks and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything really well afterwards. I am happy with the outcome of the job.
