Grace Ann was a delight to work with. Our home needed some freshening up, and Grace Ann listened to us, made great suggestions, and recommended the professionals, including painters, tilers, and a granite installer, we needed. She assisted us in choosing paint colors, had great ideas for rearranging furniture and even hung all our art work. Would highly recommend Grace Ann.

I love Staging Redesign Group and the lovely work that they did. Graceann and Cindy came in and rehung my paintings and reorganized my bookshelves. The result was incredible. I have received so many complements that my rooms like those in magazines. Both of these designers did such an incredible job and made my home even more beautiful. I highly recommended them if you need help on renewing the look of your home without buying new furniture.

We were fixing up our house to sell it.  I quickly realized that I needed help with the colors.  We needed to coordinate various whites and beiges of the cabinets, appliances, trim, walls and carpet.  I thought I could handle that, but it was not working at all.  The appliances were a bright, cool white and didn't work with the other colors.   

Grace Ann saved the entire situation.  She had a deck of paint colors and immediately chose the perfect trim and wall colors, and then we changed the white of the kitchen cabinets as well.  Then all of the colors worked perfectly with the carpet.  More than that, they looked so beautiful in the rooms, because she had accounted for the direction of the natural light coming in the windows.     
She also helped us choose the granite countertops.  Dark gray, softer than the usual black, and it also worked very well with the other colors.  She advised us to choose a deep sink and pull-down faucet in an updated style.  And then she helped us to pick out brushed nickel light fixtures that were awesome.  The other excellent advice was regarding the front storm door.  We were going to skip that one, but on her advice we replaced it, and the difference was amazing.  It made the front of the house look completely different, so inviting and fresh.  She also chose the exterior trim color, which was perfect.
Everyone who saw our house was amazed.  The colors are so clean and fresh, and have a soft glow.  The kitchen is incredible.  We've had so many compliments, and even several of the contractors expressed interest in purchasing it.
I'm happy to say that we received three offers within two weeks of listing our home, and almost the full asking price.   Thank you, Grace Ann.  

We have lived in the same house for 35 years and will be moving out of state in about a year.  We were seeking advice on how to prepare our home for sale.  We were particularly interested in areas of our house that might need special attention, furniture layout, decluttering, and selecting paint colors that would both show the house better and be attractive to prospective buyers.
Grace was able to come to our home the day after I called.  She was extremely pleasant, positive and professional.  She excels at making recommendations that are relatively simple and inexpensive to complete.  She gave many practical suggestions that would update our 50-year-old home in prospective buyers' eyes (e.g. how to make our 8-ft ceilings appear higher.)  She has an excellent eye for color and will be providing us with large paint samples of the colors she recommended for the walls.
I highly recommend Grace to help you get started preparing your home for sale.  The experience was definitely time and money well spent.

I arranged an appointment with GraceAnn thinking I would use the time primarily for picking colors for painting.  That turned out to be relatively easy and she had additional time, so she gave suggestions on rearranging furniture in our living room and recreational room in basement.  I was interested in this because we anticipate selling our house in the next few years.  It is almost a month later and I am so happy with the new arrangements.  It has made a big difference in what I think of the rooms--maybe we won't move after all.  She made several other suggestions as we walked through the house.  Home decorating his not my strong suit and I felt comfortable that she wasn't judging what we had done.

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend her. We had her for several different things. She is just very responsive, very professional, and she has such an accurate discerning eye on things. When she did my neighbor's paint color for her kitchen, it turned out that when they painted on the wall it looked strong. She was able to go to the paint supplies store and tell them they mixed it wrong and the guy didn't believe her at first until we went back and checked it and said, "You're right" because it was twice as much red as the paint should have been and she was able to just see that. She's superb. She teaches staging to realtors as well as other people and she is so good with workshops and helping. She is a very pleasant family woman who is very professional. I highly, highly recommend her. In fact I talked to her yesterday so definitely on the next project that we plan on we'll use her again. I was recommending her to some other people last night. I highly recommend her for both residential and commercial since we used her for both. She is very professional and very skilled.

Overall a very good experience. She is very professional, and has a good eye for new possibilities if the customer is open to them. Regardless, even the repositioning of art, or angling of furniture does make a big impact. Because this is not my area of expertise, I appreciated her suggestions, and her ability to put new ideas out if I wasn't sold on something, or get me to try something new if I showed interest in what she proposed. Her decisiveness is a definite strength to someone unsure what to do next.

GraceAnn came to our house on several occasions to help me select colors, move furniture around, and talk about furniture purchases. She ordered large samples of a number of paint colors to make it easier for me to judge the new colors. I highly recommend her services! I have also heard from some real estate brokers who have taken her classes on home staging, they also highly recommend her. I give her an A+!
