"The Sales Associate was able to provide all of the products for us to chose without needing to go to a showroom. He was very helpful and friendly. I actually believed that he was selling a good product. The installation was a one day and no hassle. The installer was organized and very tidy. Every thing was moved away and clean before he left the house. The water was only turned off for a short period of time. I love my new shower and surround. I ordered the waterfall shower doors and I was a little afraid that I may not like them but they are gorgeous, plus when guest use that bathroom they can't see into all the hair products that I use. I also purchase the shower doors. I have not had shower door since I was young and renting. They always seem hard to clean and had water calcium build up but when you use a good product and learn how to clean them it's a game changer. The Sales person and the installer go into great detail on how to keep your shower looking brand new. The cleaning proess is extremly easy. The price was lower than going to your local Home Improvement center. I like that this company makes all for the products and guarantees their work and the products. They did a great job on the install. My husband is a perfectonist and they passed his high standard! They also call and remind you when the installer will be there. They call again after thte install to make sure you are not having any issues. This company will definitely be the best contractor that you have used! I was always a tub person but I have switched. I love the seat and the hand held shower nozzel. As a senior I think the shower will be so valuable for my husband and I when entering and exiting the tub becomes too cumbersome. Make sure you alot enough time to talk to the Sales person when he makes an appointment. I thought it would be a quick meeting with them sendingus a bid. That is not how this company works. They brng their products give you an accurate bid and are ready to sign the contracts. If you need to obtain other bids make them the last because you won't want to go with any other contractor. All in all, I would highly recomment this company."

"I'm grateful for their financing options, which made it possible for me to afford the upgrades I wanted for my home. Their flexible financing made the project feasible."

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"

"Don and his Sure Dry team were incredible. I hired them to waterproof my basement after years of dealing with annoying water. They were professional, efficient, timely, and most importantly very knowledgeable at what they do. The work was hard and messy, yet they left my basement in better condition than they found it. Even after discovering a mold issue. Within 14 days of contacting Sure Dry for a free quote, I had a fully waterproofed basement at a very good price. I cannot say enough good things about Don and his company. They were the best company I have ever hired to work on my home. I will recommend them at every opportunity I have."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"Great sales and honest woman owned! Loved the outcome and they were very understanding when I had to push the project out due to the death in the family and my responsibility for expenses. Tammy is wonderful and her crew knows what they are doing. I have contracted her to upgrade the second bathroom also. Love the results of the master and cannot wait to see the 2nd bath remodel!"

"I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. Thank you John S and Tin Lizzee for such wonderful customer service."

"Huge thank you to Hains Plumbing and Drain Service in Coshocton. We had leaking pipes and toilet issues with only one bathroom in the house, so we were definitely stressed and in a bind. From the first call, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. They scheduled us quickly, confirmed everything, and even let us know who would be arriving and when. Our technician arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge help. He was polite, respectful of our home and cats, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer our questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and even gave helpful advice to avoid future issues. The repair was completed in less than a couple of hours and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m truly grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend this company."
