The technician arrived as scheduled, went directly to work and completed the work in a timely manner. I have utilized Doc's before in the past and have noticed all technicians seem well educated on my appliances and can diagnose and repair very quickly. I think much of this is attributed to the fact the person we speak with over the phone asks good questions so the technician is well prepared when they arrive. Highly recommend this service provider.

When I called them it took them 3 days to get out here, but I'm sure he had other jobs going. He did a pretty good job and was quite affordable considering he came all the way from Taylorsville. He was efficient about his work. I would recommend them to others. He also told me a lot about the machine while he was talking.
