I hired this guy to do a remodeling job of kitchen and bathroom. He'd previously done work on my garage. He seemed good so when he offered to do my remodeling project, I signed a contract with him. What a mistake! Most of the work had to be ripped out (at an additional cost to me of $25,000). It was a colossal mess. Not only did I pay him ~$30,000 for labor, I lost tens of thousand in materials. Had to hire an attorney and am in the process of suing. Qani Emrualli knows nothing about carpentry. He's a hack and he's "Team" is little more than a bunch of non-english speaking Albanians who hacked together the plumbing, causing massive errors. Qani Emrualli is also a pathological sexual harasser. Can't focus on project b/c he's so busy trying to get laid. If you are a woman you would be absolutely nuts to hire this creep.

It went very well.  Kenny is a professional carpenter, works with professional electrician, plumber and painter.  Since he works as general contractor and hires his crew per job, his overhead is very low.  He gives the best rates possible with professional work!
