After refusing to complete the full task asked, I was charged more for "time" which was wasted. No effort was put I not correct the issue except letting me know I still owe for the time they spent not fixing the issue. This was all a back office issues, the technician was fine.

They understood from my call and came with the correct part. Site was inspected. What needed to be done was quickly determined and work was completed expeditiously. If I ever need a plumber I will always call Noah's.

He arrived on time but found during installation that a lot more was needed to be done in order to allow the garbage disposal to be installed per Illinois code, and not have the dishwasher drain thru the disposal which forced him to spend more time than originally planned. Also, all of the three water shutoffs under the sink needed to be replaced. None of the them have been cycled in 30 years. Seemed like a personable individual in conversations all present during the visits. My only complaint was that When I inspected there was a slight leak on the non disposal side. i called and he came back promptly and fixed it without any argument or extra charge. I have his number stored in my phone for the next time plumbing work is needed.

He arrived on time and finished quickly. Sink laminate top was not damaged even though it had been there for 39 years. Very small area to work in under the sink. So he did great quality work, was available, easy to work with with reasonable cost.

Worker assessed the problem quickly, and at first thought he would not have time to finish the job that afternoon but returned from the supply run with a second worker. They were then able to finish the job fairly quickly. Cleaned up afterwards.

Phenomenal...Tod's is extremely professional and always kept his word. I couldn't think of a better person to do the job. Tod you were heaven sent. I truly thank God that you run a legit business with a kind heart. This plumbing will be hire for any future work. I pray many blessings come your way.

Called Noah's for an estimate. Todd came out the next day and quoted approximately $1500 for all the work I needed done. Then he explained that it would be faster for his guys (therefore cheaper for me) if I were to remove the old tub and surround and the old bathroom vanity myself. So I took care of that myself. The plumber showed up 15 minutes early and got to work.  What Todd had estimated for two guys almost 8 hours to do, took one guy just at 4 hours. I did help somewhat (being the second pair of hands) with assembling the drain and moving the new bathtub into place.  Final cost was $499. Very happy with the service provided and with the cost. I have done this type of work in the past, but didn't care to do it all myself now that I am getting older and it sure saved some wear on my knees and back.

The install went fine. About an hour. No mess. Great job. Removed old dishwasher.

They did a good job, they were reasonable and quick and cleaned up after the job.

Prompt and reliable.  Called on a Friday and he came and gave estimate that day, next day came and completed project, exellent!

I have built several houses.  I am finishing my basement and decided to
have a plumber finish that last little bit of plumbing I had left.  I
had used Nate one other time to fix a tub/shower faucet in a rental
house.  I used him because my normal plumber couldn't fix the problem.  I
joined Angie's List to find another plumber and he came highly
recommended.  He fixed the faucet and was reasonably priced.  So, I
called him to have him do the last plumbing in my basement which
including rough in plumbing to a kitchenette and finishing the sink and
faucet install in that kitchenette.  He had to tie in to the main cold
and hot water lines and route new pipes to the kitchenette.  He also had
to tie in a new drain line to the ejector pit.  I also asked him to run
the cold water line to make it possible to install a water powered back up sump pump in the future.  He knew that it would need a 3/4 inch water line to that point and put in a valve to install the pump later.  He showed up pretty much when he said he would, worked quickly and professionally, and left the place clean.  I am very happy with my experience with Nate and would recommend him to anyone.

Nathan Bryant (Owner/Operator) came out to the house within the agreed upon time to service my water heater. Nathan and his partner cleaned the ignitor, replaced a wire, replaced a coupling, and finally cleaned a filter within the unit. After everything was complete the water heater lit and they cleaned up the area and left. 
Nathan was professional, appreciative of receiving the work order, friendly, and very knowledgable. He does not try to sell you anything that is not needed. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a quality plumber to contact these guys.\

I called and left a message early in the week briefly describing the problem and asking them to call me back, but they hadn't called back yet by Thursday so I called again.  They were able to come the next morning.  After examining the problem and identifying another I hadn't noticed, they quoted me a reasonable repair price and set to fixing the issues.  The cost ended up being less than the quoted price and repairs were completed in less than an hour.  Two weeks later they have held well.  Both men were polite and respectful of my home and had all the tools necessary to do the job on hand.  I would use them again.

Nathan and Iron Wrench did such a great job last time that I called them again this time for something different.
The job was to run a line in the basement to the outside wall and add an outside faucet for the garden.
They came exactly when they said they'd come, they estimated their cost (it was a great price, too!), and immediately started work, finishing up less than an hour later.  They did a great job as usual, charged me $20 less than the estimate, and were very professional through the whole job.  Nathan pointed out the advantages of the frost-proof faucet he'd installed, described how it worked, and was friendly and professional as usual.
Once again, I can't recommend them enough.  Great guys!

I called Nathan Bryant at Iron Wrench to arrange to have him come out to estimate running a new gas line for a gas dryer I'd just bought.  We arranged to meet at 4 on Friday, and he was there spot-on!
He took a look at what I wanted, asked me if I had any concerns about using flexible gas line rather than iron pipe, and quoted me a great price!
After an hour, he and his helper had not only run the line and connected the dryer, but they'd installed my new washer as well, moving it into the space ready for it!  I walked into the laundry room and they had EVERYTHING ready to go!  And even then, he insisted on going back through every connection and testing for leaks and issues!
It was a real pleasure working with Nathan and Iron Wrench Plumbing and I'd definitely use him for any kind of plumbing work in the future!

Called Iron Wrench and set up an appointment for the same day. Technician showed up on time, and provided a quick and reasonable estimate. Technician completed the job satisfactorily and on time.  I would definitely recommend this provider to a friend.
