"The customer service was outstanding and they have a high-quality product. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone looking to redo their bathroom."

"- Install guy was amazing!! - sales guy was very down to earth, polite, and was even still sitting with us after 10pm on a Wednesday night going through options! - few points the sales guy emphasized, weren't part of the finished product (thin set for base, corner trims/crown molding, mold spray, etc) - shower base is our only complaint. It's pretty flimsy, slippery, seems very cheap. If don't go with doors the shower curtain won't stick/magnetize to the base (even after buying a more heavy duty curtain) and seems to attack and wrap around you while in the shower. - cost is on the high end, but so is everything else."

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"

"I had spoken with one other repair company so I had only one company to compare the price to and this was much better. It was also considerably better than buying a new refrigerator. But more importantly Felix came out immediately and I did not have to wait until after the weekend as other companies suggested. While working on my fridge, Felix showed me exactly what was wrong. He showed me the parts that were bad and then he showed me what a good part looked like. While here he told me of his experience and about the others who were working with him and his company. It was a great experience and I have already referred him to others."

"The installers were so respectful of our house. They were neat and cleaned every thinh up. I love my walk in shower."

"I thought getting ready for the virtual chat was a little difficult, but once everything was set up it was relatively easy and he was able to diagnose the problem. It was very cheap ($30)."

"Joe had provided me with a new RO system paired with a 3 stage whole house filter the system had a dramatic improvement to not only the quality of the drinking water but the Joe was straight to the point and fixed the problem I had the hardness of my water was also reduced and started seeing hard water spots on all of my fixtures the work was done flawlessly and clean would and have recommended to friends and family not just for the quality but he was at a fair price if your thinking about using Joe here’s your sign"

"Mr. Goodwater has a great crew and everything went smoothly with the removal of the old softener and installation of the new one and addition of the spin filter. Since there is a great deal of lime in the water it was coating the beads and making it difficult for the softener to do its job properly. We are glad that Mr. Goodwater has this option because none of the previous softeners worked very well or for very long. This should help in the longevity of the mechanisms. Everyone worked as a team and got the job done in a smooth and efficient manner. We are very happy with the work and products installed."
