The plumber was late. He was unable to fix the faucet (not his fault) and the replacement we had bought did not fit with the overhang of my counter. He put the old faucet back on with a container under the sink to catch drips. He charged us too much and didn't leave a bill. When the bill came, it did not specify anything but the labor amount, which worked out to be for a longer time than he was here. He was to come back in the following few days to put a new faucet in (we had to go purchase one that fit). When we got the new faucet, I called the office to schedule the installation. They told me they would be out later in the week, and that they would call to schedule it. They never called!! I sent them a check for the first service call, and never heard from them again. We have had a very hard time finding plumbers in the area that are reliable and do not overcharge.

I called them on Monday and they did the work on Wednesday. Everything went well no problems. Even cleaned up afterwards.

We built our home in 2006, and had Norstar install the HVAC. The blower motor in the furnace dies on Thanksgiving evening. We called Norstar the following morning, and they wanted to treat the day after Thanksgiving as a double-overtime-holiday charge. Inm any event, parts wouldn't be available right away anyway, and the service call would be about $700 with parts.
I called Anderson, as they were an authorized dealer for our brand of furnace. They sent someone out right away. She was able to get it running well enough until the parts arrived. The service call was $79, the blower motor was between $150 and $250, I don't remember, but a LOT cheaper than what Norstar wanted, and prices are largely set by the manufacturer. No bogus and quot;day after Thanksgivingand quot; surcharge.
Anyway, Anderson hit a homerun on responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism and even a genuine concern for their customers being without heat.Since that service call, Norstar has gotten out of the consumer HVAC business. Anderson would have my future business either way.

I have used them for years. They usually come right away when they say and do reliable work. I would continue to use them.

It went wonderfully. They always have someone available 24 hours a day and are very informative.
