"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. They came out on the day I requested. I had an additional $64 in extra charges for parts. The plumber who came out worked real well with my husband. My husband had questions so he answered them very well."

"Huge thank you to Hains Plumbing and Drain Service in Coshocton. We had leaking pipes and toilet issues with only one bathroom in the house, so we were definitely stressed and in a bind. From the first call, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. They scheduled us quickly, confirmed everything, and even let us know who would be arriving and when. Our technician arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge help. He was polite, respectful of our home and cats, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer our questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and even gave helpful advice to avoid future issues. The repair was completed in less than a couple of hours and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m truly grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend this company."
