"We had them raise the foundation but the brick wall cracked even worse now. I wish I hadn't done the work. The guys that did the work. They did a great job but because the foundation was raised the brick wall cracked worse than it was and they said there's nothing else they can do about it. So now I'm stuck with a worse broke wall. I was promised that it would fix the cracks in the wall. Did not happen. Not real happy with the process"

Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed. Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with. They are amazing and did awesome work and I hope they are the ones to come out to add the wall bracings next week. I have the utmost respect for these 3 hard-working gentlemen and really think they are an awesome team, they worked so well together."

Needed repair work done ti my stone wall. recieved a call back this week to let me know thst a technician would be in my area the following day, between 11am and 2pm received a follow up call the next day around 12pm. telling me a tech. was in his way and should be there with in 30mins. Matt,wasst my door with in 30 mins. loooked at the wall we agreed on a price. and he did the repairs and was finished in no time. Very nice youngman. Very pleased with work that was done.
