After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also. We were given what I'd call a reasonable price for parts and labor and agreed to have the work done. The job was done professionally and swiftly and with respect for our home inside and out, my wife was really pleased. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. "From start to finish - Francisco was very polite and professional. I could tell from the way he walked around the yard pointing things out that he knew what he was talking about. I felt very comfortable because he didn't push or try to oversell the job. He basically said, "We can do the work, you just tell me how much work you want me to do." They were a little late, but I was scheduled for the afternoon - he said he spent a little extra time on the previous job that morning, and wanted to do it right. I felt comfortable that he would treat me the same way, and they did. They worked into the evening, long after I expected them to pack up and leave. They just kept trimming, and cleaning up. They did a great job. They hauled away all the garbage and yard waste when they left - unlike the last guy who bagged it up for me to carry down on trash day! They also fixed a section of my patio pavers that had settled in and was coming apart. He said the installer didn't install them right and they had shifted when the ground underneath had settled. In the end, it looked much better, and he said if they move on me again - his work is guaranteed, and he will come back and fix them. The other part of his guarantee that I loved! During his initial visit - he told me he has a "Don't pay me guarantee!" He said if you are not 100% completely satisfied at the end of the day - Don't pay me. He was serious and even had it on his proposal! And based on the amount of "extra" work they did - I had no problem writing that check when they left!
