"I am thoroughly pleased with Jason's work in all 3 rooms he painted in my home and highly recommend him.   I was concerned about the potentially messy removal of a wall mural that needed to be sanded off due to a textured finish.  Jason understood my concern about mess & dust and used a appropriate methods to minimize the mess.  As a result I was happily surprised at how little mess was made during  the removal of the mural and subsequent patching.  In general, Jason & his brother who helped on the projects cleaned up very well every day.  Jason helped us pick colors which ranged from the difficulty of finding the right white for one room, using a combination of bold colors in another, and coming to my rescue when I changed my mind for color for my kitchen.  He patiently helped me select a new color when I was having trouble and started over without missing a beat.  He stuck to his cost & time estimate perfectly. He was always punctual upon arrival and left for the day when he said he would.  He also updated my ceiling lighting & installed under cabinet lighting for me. All the rooms feel really transformed and look great!  Jason is conscientious, responsible, & trustworthy.  I got to know him and truly like him as a person as well.  He ended up helping me with other minor repairs around the house, never seeming to mind a little request here & there.  He is also very knowledgeable about computers and is starting a computer repair business.  I hired him to fix my laptop which he did successfully and plan to have him help me with other computer related issues.  Please see review for Jason in computer repair under the company name Chicagoland Computer Solutions."

"The work was quick, neat, and overall, just supurb! The contractor even went the extra mile to put down drop cloth over the floors to protect the floors, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use this company again."

"Master Cat came out the day the water heater leaked and gave me an assessment of the damage and what had to be done to correct the damage.  While inspecting the damage, the owner noticed that I had some mold developing in the closet.  The team arrived later that day (or maybe the next morning - I am not sure)  with heavy duty blowers, pulled up the wet carpet, removed the damaged wood trim from the bedroom, closet, and furnace closet and installed three (two or three) heavy duty fans to dry up the carpet, floors, and walls.  They sprayed the mold with some liquid and made sure that the area was exposed so that it could dry.  They left the fans for a day and a half until all the moisture was gone and then replaced the carpeting and wood trim and removed the fans. 
I was thrilled with their performance.  They responded rapidly to my call for help and came out as soon as they could.  They were courteous and professional and certainly knew what they were doing.  I would hire them again in a minute but hope that I won't have to use them in the near future.  They do a great job!

"Randy contacted me the same day I asked for an estimate on painting the second story of my house.His quote was the lowest I received. Within a couple of weeks he called to say he could start .On the day we set up he arrived and went over what would be done.Two emplyees scraped and painted the second story fascia and soffit of my house.  They were very neat in removing all scraped paint chips from the ground as well as no paint drops were noticed on the house or sidewalk. I was very pleased with the results and.because I paid with cash I received a discount which was great.

"I would do this again, and the electrician was very hard working.  He did all that I wanted.  The only issue was he made a ceiling fan way too low and I had to have my father shorten the pole for me.  The electrician should have done that himself.
But overall I was happy!

They are very knowledgeable in the mold remediation process, very professional and efficient."

"It had been refinished about a year ago by another company but they didn't do a great job. We hired Matt to redo that job and it turned out very nice. It was much smoother and shinier. He was on time and if he was going to be late he would call. His helper also did a good job. They masked the whole bathroom before starting and hung plastic on the walls and paper on the floor."

"Walls and ceiling were completed correctly. However the basement stairway trim had many nicks and gouges. We had asked that this damage to the trim be repaired and then painted. The painter always said yes he understood but on more than a few occasions we pointed out nicks he had not spackled. The completed job was extremely disappointing as many of the nicks were still very visible. Also the tarp that was used was either paint soaked or allowed paint to be absorbed into the stairway carpet. I was so upset by the poor job that I just wanted the painter gone."

"Cesar did an amazing job!!!!  Not only was he at our scheduled estimate at exactly 1:30 pm (the time we agreed upon), but he arrived at the job at 8 am, not one second late and ready to work .  He painted my living room, back entryway, hallway, 2 closet doors, my front door, the trim in my living room, hall way and back entry way, installed dry wall in my bedroom ceiling and painted my ceiling.  I have had several people comment on how amazing it looks and one of my friends even asked for his number.  Cesar is the only guy I will have paint my home.  He is professional & just an all around nice guy.  Use Montessori Painting you won't regret it!!!
