"Lakeside  arrived a little late and immediately got to work.  Very professional and respectful of my home and possessions.  They took the time to answer questions and explained everything that they would be doing.  I had several estimates and decided to go with Lakeside because they came to the job before the appointment and gave an estimate instead of nickel and diming me for each thing that would be done.  The windows look and feel beautiful.  My one issue is that on their website today, (I had the windows done yesterday) there is a fifteen dollar off coupon for windows.  I wish that Noah had mentioned it to me.  Just like anyone, I would have liked to take advantage of that opportunity."

"Very professional from quote to installation. Did a great job replacing 14 windows (double pane glass packs) of various sizes as well as replace some of the wooden frames that were beginning to rot. It took 2 days for a 2-person crew. Final cost was about $700 more than original quote because there were more windows with rotted wood than originally anticipated but the installation team told us when they discovered the issues and gave us the option to proceed or not before incurring the extra cost which was appreciated. Very pleased with the workmanship. Cost effective given they replaced the glass packs instead of tearing out all of the window frames which were either in good shape or restorable by the crew. We will use Apex again in the future and will recommend to friends."

"Soon after I signed the contract, a second person came to my house to measure. I do not know if this is usual with ordering new windows but I felt it showed an attention to detail. The manufacturing of the new windows took a bit longer than I expected. However I would prefer taking a little extra time and doing things correctly. I was kept informed of any differences from what we originally discussed. To me, these differences were inconsequential but I am pleased that I was contacted regarding them. Once the windows were delivered to NEXT, I was contacted and arranging a day for installation. Setting up an installation date was easy and was around my schedule. The day of installation the installers and delivers of the windows were very prompt and on time. Installation was quick and efficient and completed in a few hours. The installers were attentive to my household possessions (e.g. floor covering and drop cloths were used). Questions were answered and things explained to me during and after installation. I am very satisfied with the work and product and there is no doubt in my mind that I would use NEXT for a similar project in the future."

"I believe everything went great. Initial communications were a bit sketchy but all went well in the end. When is the last time you were quoted a price and after the job was done, the technician said the job went easier than expected and lowered the price...by a third? Plus, Ronnie (I guess he's one of the owners) happened to notice a problem when they were already packed up and ready to leave (it was a window that an "apprentice" (at least someone that had only been with the company a couple of months) had worked on, promptly unpacked everything and redid the window. If you don't absolutely need new windows, I would recommend letting this company at least give an estimate. All my windows are working great and the cost for doing all the windows in the condo was about $3,000 less than the cost of replacing only five windows, my original plan. Recommend them highly!"
