Best energy efficiency auditors near Mitchell, IL

"Estimate./proposal done by Bryan. Knowledgeable and professional. Did have to reschedule appointment due to equipment problem on a job prior to my estimate. Scheduled the work with office staff (Chris) for a couple of weeks out. Got a call the afternoon before installation that they would need to move to the next day due to having to stop an attic blow in install because of rain. Very apologetic. Bryan and Tammy arrived a bit later than scheduled due to back up at the warehouse where they were picking up the spray foam tanks. Bryan and I walked through the job and made sure we both were fully aligned on the areas to be insulated. Job went smoothly and was done professionally. He did a good job of covering under a bay window to be sure it was fully insulated. Cleaned up the area very well after they were done. They use a fully automated system to schedule and sign off on the contracts. You will need to be somewhat capable technologically through smart phone, tablet or computer."

"Vitt was very responsive while we investigated alternatives, and provided prompt answers to our many questions. Once we made the decision based on Vitt's good price and excellent equipment, they began the very next day and installed three complete HVAC systems (furnaces, coils and outside units) in one day. Very professional and superior work. We highly recommend Vitt."

"Paul Peterson is a knowledgeable and friendly guy.? Arrived at my house 15 min. prior to apt time.? Paul reviewed the areas I thought were the worst, and showed me leaks in the house I would never have thought of.? I was not surprised at the outcome of the energy audit, but I was surprised by the price.? It was less than I thought it would've been."

"They are in the process of sending out an engineer"

"Our water heater went out the other night. I called and explained what was going on and they assured me that someone will be out as soon as possible.  A bit later the technician came to the house ,first he greeted us then he put on his shoe covers before coming into the house.  When I showed the technician the problem he was very patient in explaining to me what all needed to be done and he answered all my questions in a way that i could understand. I was impressed with his knowledge of the business but more impressed with his people skills. That night was our first time to call a plumber and if we ever need one again we will definitely call them!"

"Excellent.  Eddie Givens, the owner of the company, personally fixed our AC unit.  All of his HVAC technicians were working today.  Eddie offers a wealth of services.  We plan to next use him for an electrical project and replacing our current HVAC contractor with twice annual check ups.  We strongly recommend Eddie Givens"
