He also replaced the man door on the back of garage that again, i had someone highly recommended and that job was too big for him, but Dustin Adams corrected it with the new install. He saved me several thousands of dollars on a vent stack he said because it had surface rust, there are still 2 interior walls. He cleaned it up, painted it, and buyers liked how it looks. Dustin comes in a explains what needs to be done and doesn't give a vibe of someone looking to make a quick buck and not completing the job. He does clean up and I've used others that don't. The gutters on my house had skimpy metal guards that did not keep much debris out and they were more than overdue to be cleaned. In addition, I had extensive staining on my white gutters from all the vegetation. Jacob removed and hauled away the metal guards, cleaned out and checked the clearance on all the gutters, treated the roof over my porch for moss growth, cleaned the siding on the front and sides of my house, and, most impressively, cleaned the stained gutters to the point they looked BRAND NEW! I did not think I would ever get those gutters clean without totally replacing them! He charged a fair price and did all this work by himself in about 4 hours. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again myself."
