What can we say about Chad and the guys at Matterhorn. We had them out to do our siding and were so happy we had them come back out and do our roof a few months later. Chad, the owner, is very knowledgable, very responsive, very helpful, and very accessible. He responds to texts and emails, dealt with our insurance company for us, and when something got left behind or needed a touch up, he sent his guys back out and got it all taken care of asap. Itâ s also a locally run company, so you know they care because they live and work within the same community. Theyâ re not storm chasers who pop up after some hail, do shoddy work, then disappear to leave you to deal with the issues and repairs and reworks.

Chad and his team more then delivered on our roof replacement as well as his completing my project sooner then expected. The craftmanship and cleanup were second to none. I will not consider another contractor in this area for my roofing/exterior needs. Chad and his team more then earned my business.

Chad fought the insurance company for me to make sure all of the storm damage was covered. He was professional, very responsive to messages and kept his promises. I am very happy with the roof, siding and gutters on my house. Months later, wind blew something loose and he sent someone out to fix it because he stands by his work. I wish I had a company like this to help with my kitchen remodel because good, reliable help is hard to find.

Chad is the utmost professional. He went above and beyond to help me get a new roof. My insurance company was not cooperating to the point where Chad called weekly. It took several months to resolve what should have been a seamless claim, but Chad did it all with class. His crew put a new roof and gutters on my home and left it spotless after they were finished. We had a tree fall on our house causing a large amount of damage to not only the roof but the trusses, gutters, and fascia as well. Matterhorn was the perfect one stop shop for all of the repairs. They were expertly done within a reasonable amount of time. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and responsive and was a huge help when it came to dealing with the insurance company. I'll recommend this company to anyone I know and will be using them for any work we need from here on out.

We highly recommend Matterhorn Exteriors. From the time Chad came out to give us an estimate we knew this was the company we wanted doing our roof. Very professional and knowledgeable. Chad even went in the attic to check on vent pipe that We were having a problem with prior to roof being installed. Workers arrived on time and went straight to work. Prompt and courteous service for a roof replacement. Chad walked me through the various older items that could be removed and replaced by a ridge vent. Delivery of the shingles was fun to watch and did not take much time. The roofing crew was skilled and courteous (cleaned out a portion of the gutter that had tree branches and other debris), cleaning up after the roofing was completed.

Matterhorn Exteriors were awesome to work with. Chad and his team did an amazing job on our roof. We will definitely be using Matterhorn for more of our exterior projects.

I just had a new roof installed by Matterhorn Exteriors. Before contacted them I researched this buisness on the BBB website and the reviews were outstanding. Chad came to my home and inspected my roof and explained what work needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and extremely pleased with his estimate. The roofers arrived within a week and completed the job in just a few hours. The completely cleaned up after. I would recommend Matterhorn Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

We had received a number of bids from local companies in the area. However, after my wife and I met Chad, we knew we would be moving forward with Matterhorn Exteriors. Chad was professional, never seemed to be in a hurry, answered all our questions, provided sound recommendations, completed paperwork for our HOA to approve, and simply was a delight. We had been stressing about completing our siding for a number of years and we are so happy to have gone with this company! The siding and new gutters look amazing and there was no leftover debris from the install. Do yourself a favor and choose this company. They are reasonably priced and the professionalism takes them to another level!

Chad was friendly and really easy to work with. His crew was there a little before 6:30 AM and worked until the sun went down. They made sure to take good care of our plants by covering our hydrangea bush with an upside down trash can and placing tarp around it so debris would not harm it. We really like the look of our new roof and siding and appreciated Chad's input in the color decisions.

Phenomenal work by Matterhorn Exteriors and specifically owner Chad Venhaus. I had an Insurance claim for Hail Damage to replace my roof. Chad met the Insurance adjuster at my home and they collaborated on the best solution for replacement. Chad is definitely a local leader in this industry with certification to match. It was amazing to watch his installation team at work-a well oiled machine with great experience. The best part was the GAF Weather Stopper System Plus warranty provided by Matterhorn. This provides me piece of mind for both product and labor, more than doubling the baseline GAF warranty. If you are looking for a true industry professional, with high quality products and installation like no other, I urge you to contact Chad. It will be the best decision you have made in a long time.

Chad and his team are very efficient. We received a proposal within a few days of our request. Scheduled a date and they arrived on that day and completed the work very much to our satisfaction, including clean up. One special thing to note: When we met with Chad to select the shingles and set a date we informed him that we had a mother duck on a nest of 11 eggs in our front flower bed. The location was not ideal since there was a potential for debris to fall on her and her nest. We provided a shield and the crew took extra care not to disturb her. Even the person delivering the shingle ask to know where the duck was. The mother was perfectly fine after it was all over. I'd say Chad and his team went the extra mile.

I cannot begin to state my satisfaction with the job Matterhorn did on our roof. The company responded to our inquiry for a bid, set up the job and finished the roof in a short amount of time due to our insurance requirement. The workers were professional and the job site was kept clean. Our new roof looks great and we are completely satisfied. Will gladly recommend to others.
