I recently had Prohouse solutions install wall paper for $750. Reviewing their reviews, I thought the high price would warrant a professional install. This was not the case. The company was easy to schedule, and was 10 minutes late to our appointment, which is no big deal. They took 6 hours to complete the job for a rate of $125 an hour. I found the below problems? ? Seems are showing on almost every panel ? Lines are not clean on trim I wanted to work with the company to fix these mistakes. Their response was to blame the trim not being straight. I pushed back outlining a few ways they could have mitigated these outcomes including prep work that could have been done including removing old caulk, and sanding. Their response was to offer to caulk only one part of the trim. They were going to use white caulk, which wouldnt match the trim, and unwilling to paint. They were unwilling to provide a $250 discount. Overall terrible experience.

I was nervous about hiring a contractor, but Prohouse put my worries at ease. They were communicative every step of the way, explained the process clearly, and kept to the timeline. The bathroom tile installation turned out beautifully—smooth, level, and professionally grouted. Excellent service!
