"Last year we had our home re-sided and realized the fifty year old entrance way and front yard definitely needed a face lift as well. We found a coupon offer on Angie's List for Lawncare Plus Design. We met with Maria Larios, LPD President/Designer and discussed our dilemma ,unsure of what we truly wanted. Maria came up with a fantastic design for our front yard and entrance way. The project was initiated and completed within two days. Mario Larios has the skill and talent to almost magically transform a mediocre front yard and entry into a lovely and inviting garden landscape/hardscape. She was present through most of the project and even hands-on with the planting and watering, as she supervised her hard-working crew. The job included  removing all the old landscaping, preparing the soil, and planting new trees, shrubs, annuals,trimming two trees, and adding mulch. She savaged  some plants and bricks from the front yard that were used in the back, and filled a large gaping hole on the back patio from an empty  hot-tub installation seamlessly.  The crew worked steadily during the hottest weather (99 degrees) throughout the entire two days making sure the new plants stayed healthy in the heat.
We would highly recommend Lawncareplus design for anyone looking for landscape beautification at a very reasonable price from a very conscientious company owner, Maria Larios. We wish her company continued success.

"Wojtek did a fantastic job on our new electrical panel! He gave a fair estimate, told me exactly how long it would take, and finished on time. After the job was complete I called him regarding another concern I had which I thought was related to the work he did. He promptly responded and ended up replacing a bad switch (which was not at all related to the work he did) at no cost. Wojtek is a complete professional who has clearly mastered his craft. "Last Fall I needed my yard cleaned up very late in the season. I contacted Diaz Bros. in Nov. & they promptly sent a person out to give me an estimate. Then we had early winter storms. The weather cleared briefly and I was so impresses & grateful when the crew came out the day before Thanksgiving to do the work in my yard (trimming english ivy, leaf pick-up, trimming iris greens, mowing lawn). They did a great job.
After that great experience, I contacted Diaz Bros. this May for an estimate on a bigger landscaping project. Their rep came out on May 8 and said I could expect an estimate in 5 - 7 days. When that deadline passed I contacted them by phone and did receive an estimate within the week. I had some corrections on plant selection on the contract which I delivered to them via e-mail. This is when the process fell apart. I heard nothing for over a week. I called back, talked with my rep & was promised a revised estimate by that evening. I never received it and there was no follow-up contact by Diaz. My rep had explained that he was having a family emergency & while I sympathize with that I think that there should have been someone in the organization that should have stepped in and at least communicated with me.
So, I would say that if you need seasonal maintenance of your yard use Diaz. I do not recommend them for more elaborate landscaping needs. I rated Overall, Price & Quality based on my 1st experience and Responsiveness, Punctuality & Professionalism based on my 2nd.
