"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. "Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

"Wojtek did a fantastic job on our new electrical panel! He gave a fair estimate, told me exactly how long it would take, and finished on time. After the job was complete I called him regarding another concern I had which I thought was related to the work he did. He promptly responded and ended up replacing a bad switch (which was not at all related to the work he did) at no cost. Wojtek is a complete professional who has clearly mastered his craft. "Diaz Group was an outstanding service.  I had three different landscaping companies come out to give us estimates and opinions about our backyard, which was a mess.  Of the three, Diaz Group was the only one who arrived on time, which is important to me.  Additionally, Rafael was very friendly and gave me his honest opinion of the work.  He wasn't just there to give me a quick estimate and go, he was invested in the direction we wanted to take our yard and offered his professional advice.  I received a quote shortly after he left.  Of the three they were somewhere in the middle, so I would rate them as a competitive option pricing wise.
I was very impressed by the estimate meeting, but I was blown away by the actual work.  Due to weather we had to start a day or two late but they were very prompt in letting me know of the delay.  On the service date the team arrived on time and incredibly had the work done in around six hours.  They left no mess behind and let me spot check the lawn with them to make sure they didn't miss anything I wanted done.
We are now a month in and our lawn is the envy of the neighborhood.  Instead of having an ugly back yard that I am afraid to show I can now have people over with pride.  The sod has held brilliantly and everything looks great.   I still can't believe these guys could craft such a beautiful lawn from the pit that it was before. 
I will go no where else but Diaz Group for my future landscaping needs.

"The experience with Pete and Stonemark could not have been more pleasant. I met with four other contractors who have similar businesses. Pete was not only the most personable, but I could tell from the first time we met that he cares about his work, reputation and client’s needs. Pete was instrumental in the planning of our patio. He provided a timely estimate with detailed description of work to be completed. He also provided separate costs for the patio, walkway/front porch, seating wall/pillars and lights. Pete removed the pressure and made it clear that the costs would not change, even if the work would not all be completed at the same time. We eventually chose to move forward with the entire project. We couldn’t be happier with the results! After we selected Stonemark as our preferred contractor for this job, we met out at Lurvey Landscape Supply to decide on the materials and brainstorm ideas. Pete let us lead the way but provided excellent ideas on design and materials. He even provided a video 3D rendering to ensure we were on the same page and could visualize before the project started. Pete maintained constant contact and provided updates on estimated start date even through some inclement weather which delayed us a few days. When the big day arrived, Pete showed up on time with his crew to walk through the plans and map out exactly where the pavers were to be set. Pete, his foreman and crew let us know that if we had any questions during the process to let them know. Any suggestion we made was handled quickly during the process with no questions asked. If you are considering any type of hardscape project for your home, I would highly recommend Stonemark!"

"I initially called another Angie's List tree service and they contacted Meca because they either were not in my area or could not service me in my timeframe.  Maria promptly called me and explained the referral came from the company I initially called.  I explained what I needed.  I asked if they were on Angie's List and Maria said they were.  They came out immediately and called me with an estimate. I asked for their insurance coverage and Maria promptly faxed the information to me. I called the following week and we agreed on a date in the same week and they arrived on time. The gentleman assessed the area and also provided me a copy of their insurance documents. He asked me exactly what I wanted trimmed. Unfortunately, they forgot their ladder but I had an extension ladder for them to use.  They had a team that worked quickly and efficiently. I came out once to see how they were doing and they asked me if I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all the shavings as well as those in my neighbor's yard and the alley.The trimming provided much needed light and their price was just right.
