They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. They never left a mess and were easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the whole experience and our house looks awesome! Thanks Krumwiede Home Pros we are happy we met you!"

They were punctual, precise and when I had follow up questions or needed additional work they were very responsive and completed everything no problem! I even had an issue with my general contractor, at a different company, with the facing of my island being too thin and High Quality Flooring stepped in and refaced it for me! The customer service is out of this world amazing, I am beyond grateful and will definitely hire them again to do my bedrooms when I am financial ready. They had all the necessary tools and worked continuously until the job was completed and. After the work was completed they sweap and cleaned the room. They were cordial and respectful. I will hire them for other future projects. I'm glad that they were listed on Angie's home Advisor. Eric said that they primarily do in home construction work and should be listed as such as well."
