They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. "It was such a pleasant experience working with Carol at Perfection Countertop. She listened to what our needs were and was so friendly and helpful. The very first time I talked with Carol I hung up the phone and thought I feel like I have a new friend. She gave me some ideas to look at before we even met with her and she was right on with what we were looking for. Once we met with her she helped us pick out the countertops and then continued to help us with our sink and hardware for our cabinets. I felt like I had someone helping me through each step and help with each decision we had to make. We ended up not only doing our kitchen countertops but did our bathroom and bedroom vanity as well. Carol was so knowledgeable and professional but the best part was how friendly and fun she was to work with!! My countertops are beautiful and I would not have them without Carol’s expertise and help."

"Andre did a great job on the tub. He was very professional and knowledgable. He also seemed like a nice, trustworthy guy which is important when you have someone working inside your home. His initial visit was a few months before the work was actually able to be done. We could have saved him that trip had we known the details in advance of what would and wouldn't work (we had drywall that needed to be completed before he could do his work.) But, he didn't seem annoyed by this and took the time to explain how much it would cost to do the inside and outside of the tub and a little about the process. He even lightly sanded off a black mark from our other vintage tub that I hadn't been able to remove. Once we had the drywall done, it was very easy to reschedule. He was able to do the work in one day. The inside of our tub had many areas chipping off, the outside was just worn and old and unevenly painted. It looks very shiny and new now. He gave us maintenance tips, which was helpful and important. We're very happy with the work he did and we would definitely use him again.
