Rick was very nice to work with he gave us a lot of options to chose from .he was very communicating with us on having our kitchen and living room remolded from a flood. He was the only one who listened to us to what we wanted .he really exceeded our expectations . Working with Rick, the owner, was an outstanding experience from start to finish with our kitchen remodel! He was personable and knowledgeable and took the time to listen and offer helpful ideas. He provided a detailed quote that was easy to understand and was willing to work with our budget. During the project, he would frequently stop by to check on progress and was accessible and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Anytime something unexpected came up, which is inevitable with remodeling, Rick worked to find an acceptable solution. Kenn, the crew lead, was also friendly and great to work with. All the guys worked fast and efficiently and the project was completed during the promised time frame. One of the things that most impressed us about Rick was that you could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right, not just moving onto the next project. The crew re-carpeted and painted our outdated basement, re-did the hardwood floors throughout our first floor, knocked down a couple walls to expand our first floor living space, and installed a kitchen island - a major project that turned out beautiful. My experience with Pristera Construction was a very positive one. His work ethic and his construction advice are impressive. I have not done a project this size so I needed someone I could count on to offer good solid constructive advice. He worked well with my cabinet provider. The most outstanding comment I can make is the quality and demeanor of him and his construction crew. They were prompt, polite, hard working, friendly, and willing to adjust things as the project progressed. They were neat and always cleaned up after their day's work. His pricing is very reasonable--charges a fair price for the materials and labor done. Rick's referrals to Old World Stone in Huntley for our countertops and sink and his flooring guy were also great to work with. They gave a quality product for the price. Overall I can't say enough about Rick and his business. They are top notch in my estimation.

Rick and his crew ripped out and installed new cabinets and countertops in our employee kitchen. This also included a new sink and faucet plus our electrical for the hanging tv needed to be hidden behind the wall. The entire job was started as promised and finished on time. The cleaned up nicely and did a great job. I have also used Rick in my home and again they did a great job.

From start to finish, despite delays for vacation, surgery, etc. on our end, Pristera Construction was accommodating, patient, courteous and thorough in every aspect of our beautiful new bathroom's completion. We could not be more pleased with our choice and will welcome the chance to hire them again.

Hired Pristera Construction to demolish and rebuild a composite deck. They were professional, on time and the follow up was outstanding. It is hard to find good quality craftsmanship these days with a customer focus. They did it all and kept me updated along the way. Oh, and they cleaned up everyday.. huge plus. Would hire them again for additional projects.
