He completed the job in just about 2 hours and completely cleaned up the work area. Black Diamond will be my first call next time we need help with plumbing! Giving a B for pricing, but I really don't have anything to compare to. I had the same pump replaced 5 years ago and I think I paid another place $850 for an emergency call on a weekend.
