High Quality Flooring

I had laminate flooring in my basement that I did not like at all. I decided to go with carpet. Frank was an amazing and easy person to deal with. Super honest and efficient. His crew removed the old flooring and installed the carpet all in 1 day. Carpet came out comfortable and beautiful. Highly highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

High Quality Flooring Services is an unscrupulous business. DO NOT HIRE High Quality Services at all. They lied about material delivery being placed inside of my home. I ended up having to carry in 28 heavy boxes of hardwood flooring materials inside. They could not hold to stated scheduling. There was an excuse made for delays in delivery of materials and start date. They damaged walls and furniture during the flooring installation process. They did not express any concern for us but only for their insurance company. Our furniture is scratched because their workmen were unprofessional and placed their tools on top of it. They installed dented and scratched hardwood flooring because of poor workmanship. They left our house filthy and trampled landscaping. There was sawdust everywhere inside of my garage. Management offered no apologies and attempted to charge more than the contract amount. This outfit does not listen to the customer and rudely insists on performing work in your house in an extremely detrimental manner. Extremely LOW-QUALITY service. Most uncivilized and careless behavior. They deserve 0 stars. High Quality Flooring Services will disappoint you. I received a voice mail threatening me with a lien on my house if I did not remove a review from another website. Ridiculous attempt at intimidation. Incredibly poor customer service. This review has been vetted and accepted on Home Advisor.

The salesman Frank was awesome. The contractor was awesome also. Just a great experience.

The initial meeting with Frank was excellent - it was not like the typical back and forth with pricing that I had just experienced with another company. It was painless and the price he gave was very fair. Frank was available for any and all questions we had and did any amazing job on our project! Would definitely work with him again.
