Their team did an excellent job and were easy to work with during the entire process. They fixed / replaced flooring where it was damaged and made new thresholds where they did not feel they could properly sand the existing ones in place. The new threshold is solid oak and even looks better than the original. The floors look amazing and brand new even though they are over 100 years old. "Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
