When brought to Alex’s attention, he immediately assured us he would install new wooden support & attach the mailbox. Each day the neighbor’s project continued, Alex kept us updated when concrete was to be poured & when our new post would be set. Today was that day & his crew did a great job! … AND every interaction was friendly & polite - including my asking for a few specific adjustments. Finally, when they return tomorrow to pick up all their materials across the street, his crew will provide an extra wooden support board for base of our mailbox to attach securely to the new wooden post!!
