"Efrain responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, explained how he would fix the retaining wall (including adding drainage so no future problems arose) and was very communicative. "YHS installed french drains, regraded both sides of the house, pulled out 5 over grown bushes, removed ground cover and pea gravel, and level the front yard/laid seed. This was a large job and they did a great job. They were professional and very responsive. The pea gravel on the west side of my yard had caused issues with root growth on the bushes I intended to save. Juan let me know immediately, and luckily all the bushes survived and will be much happier in the dirt that replaced the pea gravel."
