I do not recommend this company. I called 4+ times, they never showed up, never called. Nothing. They owe me money from an unfulfilled contract as well.

The Grand Comfort team excels in honesty. On first visit they provided a free quote as well as gave me guidance as to if I wanted to take on the project myself. I did decide to hire them after researching and finding that hiring them was more cost effective than acquiring the tools to do it myself. They also came back out for another project that they weren't able to accomplish because it was out of plumbing scope, but spent a substantial amount of time figuring out the issue at no cost just to help me when I hired another company. I couldn't believe how thorough they were, even knowing there wasn't anything in it for them. I will use them anytime I need something plumbing related in the future.

Everyone I’ve spoken with is prompt, friendly, polite, and best of all —knowledgeable. They did great work, showed up on time, answered all my dumb questions, and always gave the sense that they knew what they were doing.

All the other companies tried to sell me extra stuff this company told me exactly how much it was going to cost and said if it was a little deeper no extra charge donâ t worry about it all the other ones the price kept going up

Their technician, Jesse, was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything in plain English and answered all my questions.

I was dreading this since being miss lead and over paying the alphabet company. However these guys took care of my issue at a very reasonable cost to me. I would recommend this company for both price and job well done. I’d also like to note their C/S they called and kept me up to date on the arrival of the crew. All in all in this time of a pandemic when many other companies are out there literally overcharging us folks who rely on companies because we can’t do the work ourselves you can count on these folks to get the job done for you and not overpay.

Way overpriced, and showed up late. Grand Comfort literally charged me more per hour than a downtown attorney! I tried to get a ballpark estimate over the phone before this debacle, but Grand Comfort refused. I wish that I had called another plumber (and saved myself a lot of money).

Very unprofessional. They canceled my appointment 3 times on 3 consecutive days stating the same reasons- the technician was in an emergency and will be there the entire day. Do not do business with them.

The crew did an excellent and professional job in a timely manner. They kept the mess to a minimum and poured in cement where they excavated in the foundation to replace a 90 degree elbow fitting which really impressed me.

Called the company and explained to the rep what was going on. Tech came out and stayed about 10 minutes after telling what the company did not do. Spent $$ for about ten minutes. The company called a week later inquiring about their service. I explained to them what happened. The rep said she would speak to management and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. $$ down the drain. Do think that I would get my money back??

Very professional and Courteous

Dealing with Grand Comfort was a nightmare. After missing their appointment twice and quoting $1200 for the job of digging up my old drain, they increased it to $5500. Randy, the owner son, stated that he did not realize the extent of the problem until he dug up the drain. So now, I am left with a $1200 bill and the original issue. Untrustworthy plumber. The ladies in the office were nice enough though.

Young crew of hard workers put in a 4" sump and downspout drain line.. Worked with me to get it done the way I wanted. Good price for my project.
