He took numerous steps and did a ton of problem solving to repair the current motor instead of a costly replacement. I also hired him to install 2 new outlets and a hang a new chandelier where there wasn't one. I had expected holes and channels cut into the drywall requiring patching and painting once the work was complete. Geoffrey added the outlets and the new chandelier in such a careful, planned manner that there was no repairwork or painting needed. I was shocked and ecstatic.
