"Leon was amazing! We had another company out a few days prior to look at our backed up drain pipe. When they arrived, they told us that the c/o pipe had to be installed outside of the house in order for them to rout and flush. They said our crawl space where the inside c/o pipe was, was not accessible, basically leaving us with no other option than a $4,700 estimate to install the c/o pipe. We wanted a second opinion. That’s when we called Top Tech. Leon arrived the next day and immediately recommended to rout out from the inside (even though the first company said this was not possible) first while using a camera to ensure there was no break in the sewer line. Even though a c/o pipe on the outside would be something beneficial in the future, we had just bought the house and were in no position to spend a lot of money. Leon and his crew came two days later and were fantastic! Not only did they clean out all the tree roots that were causing the problem, Leon was great enough to allow me to see the camera as it was going down- to ensure to myself that there was indeed no break. "The work was done in three parts over a period of several months this past summer/fall. We live in house orignally built in 1940 and due to the exceedingly heavy rainstorms we have had over past two summers we found that the foundation was no longer able to keep the water out. First we had the back foundation wall dug out, fully re-tarred to prevent water coming in about half way down the wall and dribbling down, and the soil replaced in one long day. About two months later an internal drainage trench was installed along base of the foundation on the west and north sides of the house and hooked into an existing sump pump on the east side of the basement. All of this work was accomplished in one day also. Soon thereafter a drain was installed in a west side window well and attached to the drainage pipe. The first and second parts of the work was overseen by the same foreman. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout. His crew worked seemingly without stop and meticulously cleaned up the work areas. The window well drain work was took about 4 hours from start to finish and work area was thoroughly cleaned up. Since the work was completed we have not had experienced the extended torrential rains that prompted these repairs in the first place and that would put all of this work to the test. However, weekly sump pump activity reports indicate that ground water is being moved away from the foundation on a regular basis and most importantly is that the basement is dry. All of the people we came into contact with on the phone, and as the work was proposed and performed were friendly, answered questions readily, and worked efficiently."

"The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."
