"This is a high quality mold/fungi/fungus testing company, with excellent customer service and follow-up. The phones were picked up on the first call each time, and arranging for an appointment was very easy. They arrived on time, were efficient, informing, and friendly in their work, and brought commercial equipment to perform the test samples. The follow up phone call and email on the test results was good, and they provided a potential remediation plan for us to follow on the test results. The third party lab utilized by them had easy to understand numbers, graphs, and descriptions of what was tested. We will do business with Gardner Services again in the near future, and will recommend them to others."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"If you want the job done quickly and done right, Safe Haven Radon is it. On time for quote appointment and later scheduled work. Easily came up with a plan to mitigate the whole basement with one fan. VS another company wanted to install 2 fans which would only cover half the basement and we could â wait and see if more work needed to be done.â Safe Haven Radon was the only company that wanted to make sure the radon levels in the WHOLE house would be close to zero. They also guaranteed that once the work was done radon levels would be below 1. Another company told me â you donâ t live in the kitchen, so we donâ t need to test there.â Why would we do all this work and NOT make sure the whole house was safe? Safe Haven Radon did the work in a few days, made sure all the pipes were in unfinished areas, and left areas impeccably clean. He also made sure that the outside fan and pipes were in an area that made sense for the house, near other pipes and A/C, even though it meant doing a little extra inside work. These guys were the best!"
