Ken initially provided us with an estimate after a home test showed a rather high level. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, pointed out where the piping would go, what needed to be changed in the sump pump setup, and what we could expect if the desired results were not initially achieved . The actual work was scheduled quickly at our convenance and his team not only completed the job in just a few hours, they took the time to lay protection down on our carpeted stairs. We would highly recommend this team.

No pressure sales, (took time to explain how mitigation works if needed) on time with test, results in 3 days...and set up time within one week because we needed mitigation. Ken was very informative, took time to look at our home, and alternatives as to where the best place was for our system, and the most economical! team was very respectful, and got the job done in the time they said! And when an unexpected animal got in our home, they helped me out !!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!
