"I had a great experience. I received a prompt response to my request and a thorough explanation of the services. I have a senior dog who has been having more accidents. They cleaned the carpet and treated the stains. I also had my couch cleaned. I was very happy that they were able to come out within a couple days and was very pleased with the results.
