We spent many hours in advance of their visit de-cluttering the house and making it simple to access all areas to be cleaned. The house was not terribly dirty, but we really were hoping it would sparkle after paying a rather expensive $247 for two people and two hours of cleaning. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the service provided. A partial list of things that were missed: laundry room floor not cleaned, top of refrigerator not cleaned, cobwebs in corners of multiple rooms, no sweeping/vacuum in multiple corners and along some walls, window sills not cleaned in multiple rooms, they did not clean one of the tubs or chrome fixtures, poor job cleaning mirrors and glass top tables, did not dust tops of picture frames or doorways, upholstered furniture not vacuumed, baseboards not dusted. Most of the items I've listed are explicitly on their standard checklist, so this is simply a failure of the crew to provide the level of service promised to the client. The owner Stanley offered to send the team out again, however I had already finished most of the items they missed later in the day after the crew came out, since I could not wait for a reschedule (had a photographer coming to take pictures of the house and showings were starting as well). The warranty is a nice touch, I just wish for the premium price paid that I would have received premium service without the need for or the hassle of a second visit.

The workers were excellent. They were very prompt. They are very thorough and I have been pleased with every clean they have done. The little things that they took care of stood out the most.
