We are very pleased with Gia Bertuccis upholstery work. She came to our condo, helped us pick the perfect fabric and color, and when it was ready delivered it herself to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are!

Gia is beyond awesome. Responsive, creative, professional. I'm now thinking about three additional projects I'd like her team to work on to transform the rooms in my home.

Everything from the start to the delivery and assembly was excellent!

Repurpose material for kitchen windows. The silhouettes in the family room, bedroom 1, and bathroom were measured and remeasured only to have the silhouette protrude from the window, creating an absurd sight of ill-fitting... I would think a good designer would anticipate the ill fit and horrible look... only to hear from the installer "smallest window ever" w/silhouettes on large double windows caught sheers because of lack of unforeseeable protrusion. She also lost a referral to friends.

Gia was so easy to work with! Very accommodating. Came to my house, I picked out the fabric, took the chair seats with her then brought them back all done and put the chairs back together. What an easy process. Everything looks lovely! I wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

Gia is great. She knows her business and is very professional. It was clear she wanted the business more than anyone else. That said, I think her prices are a little on the high end for recovering kitchen chairs, but it was much cheaper than buying new chairs.
