"Mario and crew arrived bright and early ready to begin work each day.  The crew were professional, personable, and easy to work with. They worked diligently but also took pride in their work.  We liked the fact Mario was onsite overseeing his crew.  The holes in the ceiling where this job first started is not even noticeable.  They were respectful by covering the surrounding areas being painted with cloth and cleaning up after themselves after the work day was done.  We are happy with how the colors turned out.  What was once an interior with the white builders paint, is now a house with character thanks to Mario and team.

First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. "The work was performed to my satisfaction - it was meticulously done and I felt that they did not rush the job. They came on at least 3 occasions to put the layers of stain and the final polyurethane coat. They even found that the top of my front door wood trim had never ben stained and they offered to stain it for free. They are courteous, professional and clean up their tools and supplies before they leave for the day. Highly recommend this painter."

However, when I saw how professional they were, and how well it was turning out, I added to my scope of work and had them do two decks and repair outside structures. "Angel did a great job on refinishing my interior wood window frames on two large corner windows. On day one he came and stripped and put down the new stain. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely contact him in the springtime for more work."

The job included painting the ceilings and walls in three bedrooms, changing all the window trim from black to white, and repainting the basement ceiling, walls, closet door, and the inside of the shelves from black to white. The project was completed in three and a half days, exactly as outlined in the contract agreement. The quality of the painting work was very good, and we are happy with the results.
