Customers say: Quality work

"this electrician called me and stated he could come around straight away as he was close by.he came and changed a switch which took approximately 15 minutes then told me the minimum charge was $125.It would have been better to tell me this before he did anything. However he was very efficient."

"Anton from AGI Lab, responded promptly to my inquiry through home advisor. He quickly schedule me for a quote and assured me there was no charge for the quote. Anton arrived at the scheduled time and assesed the issue at hand. He tested all the components necessary to identify the issue. To our suprise the issue was not at all with our electrical, it was with the actual equipment. He assured us that the electric was fine and nothing to worry about. We are thankful for his time and responsiveness."

Ev Charger Installer questions, answered by experts

Having a Level 2 charger can increase your home value, especially as electric vehicles become more popular. Homebuyers who have EVs or are interested in getting one will appreciate the convenience of a ready-to-use charging station. The added value can vary based on location and buyer preferences.

You can use outdoor electrical outlets to conveniently power landscaping equipment such as electrical lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. From a recreational standpoint, outdoor outlets are handy for powering electric grills, mini-fridges, and stereos. They're also helpful when it's time to string Christmas lights on your home and around your property.

You can plug your electric car into a regular 120-volt household outlet only if you’re using a Level 1 charger. This method is slower and may take several days to fully charge your EV. For faster charging, you’ll need a Level 2 charger, which requires a 220- or 240-volt outlet.

Hire an electrician the same way you would an employee. Ask questions and look for a good fit. Streamline the process by using these questions to ask an electrician. It's also common to ask for a quote in writing. Don’t forget to provide all the project details to ensure there are no surprises or opportunities for added fees.

Setting up utilities on a vacant property usually takes at least a few months, or between 6 weeks to 16 weeks. This process requires working with the local planning and zoning department, hiring a building contractor or engineer to design the utility layout, securing permits, laying the lines, and connecting the utilities.
