He was there for a while trying to locate the short and was able to get my problem resolved and got the switch to stop overloading. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as I wanted to understand. On top of that, he was very upfront with the potential costs and was willing to give me an idea of what my job might cost, given the likely issue. This extremely helpful and was unlike another company who only told me they priced the work by job!"
