He was the only electrician of 3 we contacted through Angie's list that came in person to look at the home and provide a quote. The other 2 companies just gave ballpark figures by email. On the day of the scheduled work, the team was friendly and professional. They reviewed the 10+ items on the quote with me and confirmed any details. They installed 2 ceilings fans, added hallway lighting, replaced 2 wall outlets, installed some new ceiling fixtures, added a timer to an outdoor light and added a flood light over the garage. I already had everything for the install the swap the old one out put the new one in really fast I was surprised I told him my lights would flicker sometimes and he check the ground to the meter and it was corroded, he cleaned it off and fix the problem install looks great. "Black Diamond was quick on the follow up and scheduling of estimate.  Out of three providers, one didn't respond, one was very expensive and Black Diamond was simply on the expensive side.
They were able to quickly schedule the install, arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and got right to work.  David was ready to explain what he was doing as he worked through the install.  The install was completed in a professional manner with no corner cutting.
Clean up was quick and efficient and he left the place cleaner than when he found it.

"Overall I?m very pleased with the results, Mal came to our home and presented multiple siding options and went into great detail over what work would be done. After talking with another well-known siding company, we decided to go with Professional Home?s bid.
