They basically replaced everything on the house exterior but the roof and windows. Mal Graifman worked with us on the design and gave us excellent suggestions on all the trim work. We went with Alside Charter Oak premium vinyl plus R3.6 foil faced insulation and Tyvek house wrap. The soffit, fascia, gutters and trim are aluminum, with the corners capped in vinyl complementary to the siding. They paid special attention to ensuring the front bay windows look fantastic. Two new raised panel AFCO Industries Acadian style columns support the porch. A half-round garage attic vent was installed to complement the half-round master bedroom window. The crew was very professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job going above and beyond to make everything look good, including building out the facing on the front porch roof a little so the profile matches the new columns. The price was reasonable for the quality of work provided. We strongly recommend them."
