We contacted Rannet to handle this project because we had used his services once before and were pleased with the high quality of his work and the fair price charged for his services, in comparison to other bids for the project. This time we did not obtain another bid, because we were confident that his price would be fair, and the quality of his work excellent, and we were not disappointed. Rannet works quickly and somehow keeps the mess and disruption that one expects to be associated with a paint project at a minimum. The project was started and finished on schedule, the estimated price was the final price, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We do not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

His repairs to the damaged walls and doors reflect his competence at professional refinishing. Simply put he delivered the best painting service I have ever received. Baltic gave me an estimate and hit it spot on. Even though I added some work, they came every day except Sunday and got it done when they estimated. We could not be happier.

To safeguard against spills and splats, the guys began by taping off and papering all sections of the house not included in the project (floors, bookcases, furniture, etc.). After the walls were cleaned and repaired, they reviewed color selections with us, providing various samples of potential color blends and textures. Once the selection was made, they got to work in a very focused, disciplined way, always unceasingly reliable, sometimes working 12 days until they got the job done.

Wonderfully. I hired Rannet mainly for painting (he also does awesome faux finishing and he will be coming back to my home to do that). He was getting more into general remodeling and assured me that he could do the woodwork I needed. Wow, he shocked both my husband and me by changing our ragged topped drywall (done by the bad contractor) into beautifully finished walls. His wood cutting skills are outstanding. He fixed all the poorly painted walls. He put doors in for me and basically completed the basement and made it look great. He is responsive, honest, and talented. He is busy but if you can wait, it's worth it.
