He called me immediately, tested the next day, and provided the results within 24 hours. The asbestos was only contained in a small 6 x 10 foot area in the kitchen. Luckily, I had a friend that is also certified in removing asbestos, so my friend removed the 200 sf for free. If not for my friend, I would have definitely hired Michael Herman of Weber to remove. His knowledge, professionalism and credentials are very impressive., and his demeanor is even more impressive."

"Our condominium was affected by a long standing leakage, which did not become apparent until after what, we surmised, may have taken several months in the making: As the result of a defect in our 30 year old decaying pipe system. After completing the necessary drying-out process of the flood--followed by an adverse mold analysis report and the warehousing of all our personal belongings--, our personal claims-adjuster referred us to Mr. Tawakali of Chicago Mold Service, Restoration and Construction Services, in order to execute the required demolishing, dismantling and remediation. From the first contact, Mr. Tawakali gave us essentially a master class of what was involved in fully addressing the remediation issues as detailed in the mold analysis report: Four out of six interior areas had tested positive for "black mold" at moisture levels of 95%; 84%; 74% and 46% --versus 29% in the exterior--, when only 17% was acceptable for interior habitation. The kitchen sink was ground zero of the leak, which seeped and permeated through-out floors and walls. The result was the development of an extensive amount of active black mold spores in walls, floors as well as in the air. "It went very well.  The employees have a fine attention to detail.  I ordered some moulding product online.  And had hoped to install  it myself ( I sometimes consider myself handy) Fortunately, I hired them! It would of been a nightmare for me and a project I would of never finished.  They noticed that the moulding thickness was not the same across all the pieces that I ordered, which would of caused real issues when installing.  They were able to fix the moulding and make my formal dining room which doubles as my client meeting room GORGEOUS! Quickly they moved onto the stair reconstruction.  I love it!!!
