"Stay FAR away from this man! He is a thief!!!! Initially I reached out because my freezer went out and he had pretty good reviews. He was responsive up until he got all of our money. He came out once and the issue was not resolved. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come back out. He eventually did after canceling on us twice and lo and behold the issue still persisted. He never fixed the issue. I followed up with him again to see when he would come out for a third time. This man is completely ignoring me. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding. I have no desire to do any further business with this man so I asked for a full refund. We paid $300 to have our freezer fixed and this man stole our money and never fixed the issue and continues to ignore me. I asked him to refund us all of our money and he blocked me! Now Im going to have to take him to court because hes a piece of crap. He will steal your money then block you and these screenshots are proof!!"

My Business started in 2014 after working for a major company for over 10 years fixing appliances, I decided to go on my own based on the knowledge I have working with clients and their appliances. We provide same day service next day when available. When you call us we will ask for your model number , this will help us fix it right the first time. We charge a flat rate for labor plus parts and trip charge is waived if the repair is done, we will explain all the charges before coming out to your house so there will be no hidden fees.

I called several appliance repair services, some were booked for weeks, others did not even return my calls/texts. A trusted friend recommended this Company, I found them getting top reviews on Angi, so I reached out. Robert responded immediately and was able to come over the very next day at a time convenient for me. He and his tech associate diagnosed the leaking problem, found another malfunctioning part and showed me the damaged condition of that part when they had lifted the lid off the washer, offered to access the parts needed for repair and return to replace them the same afternoon. So efficient in both time and the fair price for parts and labor. Before leaving, they took the time to "educate" me on proper use and maintenance of the washer - less soap, settings, leaving both soap dispenser drawer and washer door open to dry after use.
