"Slow and carefully in the midst of COVID. Workers were tidy and polite. Small issues. Hardware used to hang one cabinet was left poking through into the dining room. Lighting installed beneath cabinets failed after 9 months."

"Matt from Summit was very creative,,made good suggestions and was flexible when we requested changes. The project was finished on time and on budget. They always arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day.. They used high quality materials and everything was installed professionally and to our satisfaction."

"We have known and been working with AP builders for a couple of years now, doing many different projects on my home including siding, landscaping, hot water heater, painting... you name it, they do it! And for a great price too! The jobs were all done quickly, on budget and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone for any project, big or small! And yes, I'm a REAL customer (not a family member or bot). My name is Chris and I live in the Northwest Suburbs."

"Workers were very polite and neat in their cleaning up after job was completed. The price I was given was the lowest of four I was quoted."

"I hired Tait and Tait General Construction to do multiple jobs in the last six months. He put new soffits and gutters. He also put new siding on my garage. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to do remodeling or any sort of construction for your home!"

"Everything went well from the minute I called to get an estimate, I felt so comfortable, I had a million questions, I was lil nervous because I have hired contractors in the past, and was ripped off, but from start to finish Imperial 1 made sure I was informed and happy with the work they did. I felt better knowing they wanted to make sure my project came out just to my liking"

"Jorge and his associate were very punctual, efficient, and reasonable with their quote. I appreciated their expertise and knowledge! UPDATE 11/19/24: Just wanted to give a follow up on my experience with FJS, which has been amazing. I hired them about a month ago to replace a bathroom fan and vent it out the roof. It recently rained and I panicked thinking there was a leak with the new vent. Jorge was very responsive and came to check it out right away despite his busy schedule. Turns out there was no sign of water leaking in the attic or on top of the new fan. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend!"

"I had a gutter collapse from ice damming. One estimate was over $1000 for an approximately 45 ft run. J&K were waaaaaaay cheaper, added extra supports, responded quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job!"

"Replaced countertop and cabinets. Workers were great at what they do. I recommend this company"
