Fine, they quoted me about what the other companies did, but customer service was on point. :)

I texted that I had a leaking pipe on Sunday afternoon and they responded immediately saying they could come on Monday. They came out on Monday afternoon, fixed the problem and at a reasonable price. Great service. Max was awesome... respectful, friendly and did a nice job. Would recommend!

Everything was excellent. The estimate Bob gave me was spot on and did not change when the work was done. They handled all paperwork with my Village and completely walked me through the process. They answered all the questions I had and offered me advice on other projects I could get. Their answering service was propmpt and always got back with me the quickly and answered all the questions I had. They even helped me out with paperwork I needed emailed to me. On the day of the work they were on time and professional. They kept the work space clean and explained the work they were doing. The pricing was fair and I feel they are trustworthy. Everything was done to the specifications alotted in the estimate and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

On 6/30/2020, a Drip Drop technician provided a verbal quote of $820 to replace approximately four feet of 1.5 inch PVC and associated fittings, replace the kitchen sink p trap, and remove and reinstall the garbage disposal. Although I thought the cost was excessive, I approved this quote and the technician performed these services in 4.25 hours from arriving. The final bill was $1,231 which I paid. As this was far more than I was expecting, I called a supervisor at Drip Drop, Karla, the following day to express my concerns. Karla eventually agreed to provide a rebate for the difference between the original estimate and the final billed amount. That would have brought the loaded labor cost down to approximately $180 per hour which still seemed high but was the original amount agreed. After waiting three weeks for the check, I called Karla and she apologized for forgetting to mail the check (?) and said it would be mailed that day. When I asked for the amount of the check, she said it would be for $288 and not $411 that I was expecting. $1,231 minus $50 for supplies for 4.25 hours of service equates to $278/hour, and with the credit they provided reduced the cost to $210/hour. Although some minor additional work was performed after the initial quote, both the initial invoice and also with the rebate seem too much to me. I subsequently called several independent licensed plumbers and found that the average hourly rate is about $160 for Chicago suburbs. The technician did an excellent job on the repair and is not responsible for Drip Drop's billing practices. This was my second experience with Drip Drop, and I would rate the first experience an “A”.

Fantastic! Drip Drop responded to my appointment request within a minute after submitting it on Angie's List, and the technician (Frank) arrived within two hours after I made the appointment despite not declaring the repair an emergency. He replaced the trap in less than 30 minutes. Frank and I also talked about future plumbing work to my ice maker in the fridge. I understand how Drip Drop got such a high rating and so many compliments on Angie's List.

Bob, came out and spent almost an hour evaluating and answering our questions and concerns. He presented his thoughts and prices on the services they could provide and left it up to us to make the decision without any pressure. I truly feel Bob went above and beyond his job duties and we will be using them again.

We had a plugged sink that resisted both Drano-O and our own rodding, plus a second sink that was slow. Drip Drop responded pretty much instantaneously to my online request for service. The plumber was courteous and friendly, and very capable. I kind of fell over at the price -- $292 to unplug a sink -- but that may be typical for this kind of service. The plumber said that if he could unplug the second sink without trouble he would not charge for it, and that turned out to be the case. Drip Drop also gives a 90-day guarantee on their work, and -- again -- he said that if he is called back in the 90-day window for the first sink, he’d check the second at the same time. We were extremely pleased with the service and will hire again.

So I called because I had a problem with my water heater. I spoke with a woman this morning and explained to her that I needed to have a licensed plumber come out to diagnose the problem. The plumber whom they sent said he was only to told to provide a quote as opposed to a diagnosis. I told him that I would need this to submit to my homeowners insurance. He told me that it would cost me an additional $160.00. I will never use this company ever again. I was very clear about what I needed and I did not get it.

Had an agreed upon price for entire work including installation. On the day of job the plumber wanted 30% more( may be a subcontractor). He claimed he mentioned this additional cost to us which he did not. We Cancelled the job If this is one subcontractor of many for this company he has tarnished all Response from person answering complaint at Drip-Drop was also unsatisfactory.
